The LTECH D40 is a professional 40-channel DMX512/RDM decoder designed for controlling large constant-voltage LED lighting installations. It supports single-colour dimming, tunable white, RGB, RGBW and RGBCW applications, making it ideal for architectural, hospitality, retail and commercial lighting projects.

Operating from a 12–24V DC input, the D40 provides 40 independent output channels rated at up to 3A per channel, with a maximum total output current of 120A. This high channel capacity allows multiple LED circuits to be managed from a single decoder, helping simplify larger and more complex lighting systems.

The D40 supports both DMX512 and RDM communication, with 3-pin XLR, 5-pin XLR, RJ45 and terminal connections for flexible system integration. Selectable 8-bit or 16-bit grey levels and adjustable dimming curves provide smooth and precise lighting control across a wide range of professional applications.

Compact and easy to integrate, the D40 also includes reverse-polarity, short-circuit, over-current and over-temperature protection with automatic recovery. Its high output capacity and flexible control options make it a dependable solution for demanding multi-channel DMX LED lighting installations.
